My husband broke a key in the ignition. We were able to turn the scooter on and off with a pocket knife. I called Metro Mobility and they sent me a new ignition part and 2 keys. Hubby hasn’t changed it yet, but now we have 2 more keys!
The original key split ( cracked) down the middle where groove was cut. Guessing it was cut too deep?? When it split it spread open so key would Not turn. My scooter is only 1 1/2 yrs old- only used on weekends- would think it should be covered by some type of warranty???
